When a qualified buyer submits their home buying search criteria, the opportunity is opened to local partner Realtors. Up to three Realtors can claim the lead on a first-come, first-served basis by paying a flat $100 claim fee. Each claiming Realtor configures their own offer (Cashback only or Cashback + perks) and presents their profile. The buyer reviews the offers side-by-side and chooses who represents them.
You establish your own offer according to what works best for your business model. You can offer: (1) Cashback Only (e.g. $3,000, $5,000, $7,500, or $10,000+ minimum cashback, with the option to declare whether the offer is negotiable), or (2) Cashback + Perks (combining direct cashback with tangible services like home inspections, legal closing fees, moving assistance, or professional cleaning).
If the buyer interviews the first three agents and decides not to proceed with any of them, or if an agent releases the lead, the opportunity can be reopened to another group of up to three eligible partner Realtors.
