Welcome to Hausee!

Hausee is Canada's home buying co-pilot, helping Canadians confidently navigate every stage of buying a home. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for Hausee Circle Affiliates, Home Buyers/Sellers, and Partner Real Estate agents using our platform.

Hausee Circle Affiliates

Hausee helps real estate agents and motivated and qualified home buyers/sellers discover and connect with each other for real estate services.

You understand and agree that Hausee rewards you for referring your friends and family to hausee.ca to discover and connect with real estate agents for their home buying and selling needs and close a successful real estate transaction with the real estate agent found through Hausee.

You understand and agree that you will be paid $500 for each successful referral. A referral is successful when they close a transaction successfully with the agent found through Hausee. Your payouts are a share of the revenue we earn from the transaction.

You understand and agree that you can expect to receive your payout at the end of every month for all the referrals who successfully closed a transaction in that month with the agents found through Hausee. Any delay in the closing of a transaction will likely impact the payout as well.

You understand and agree that you will be provided with a lead qualification form that you are supposed to share with your friends and/or family who are looking for a real estate agent for their real estate transaction and they are required to enter your Hausee ID for us to identify the referrer.

You understand and agree that you will share the lead qualification form to gather information from the lead with only those who are genuinely looking to buy or sell a home. In the event we discover a fraudulent referral, you will be awarded a strike, which is a warning.

You agree and understand that the Hausee ambassador network works on trust and if you receive two strikes, on the third strike, you will be banned from the network forever.

Hausee Partner Agent

Hausee helps real estate agents and motivated and qualified home buyers/sellers to discover and connect with each other for real estate services.

As a real estate professional, you agree that you will:

✓Ensure your real estate license remains valid and complies with all pertinent laws and regulations governing real estate professionals in your area.
✓Maintain suitable insurance coverage.
✓Deliver timely, professional, compassionate, competent, and highly responsive service to individuals introduced by Hausee. Client satisfaction is of the highest importance to Hausee.
✓Release any client referred by Hausee from a representation agreement, if they are dissatisfied with your services.
✓Provide accurate and time-to-time progress updates on each individual to Hausee.
✓Promptly pay the lead success fee as detailed after the completion of the transaction.
✓Honor and fulfill your commitment to the benefits and perks you mention in your service offer to the Hausee lead.

Hausee Partner Agent Agreement

You understand & agree that the qualified home buyer or seller leads are provided to you anonymized. You can claim the lead for free to obtain their contact information and get introduced by Hausee.

You understand and agree that the anonymized qualified lead can be claimed within 48 hrs from when it is made available to you and will be given to those who claim on a first come & first serve basis to only 3 Real Estate agents initially. More agents will be introduced based on the lead’s interest and request to meet with other agents.

You understand and agree that only 3 Real Estate agents are engaging with the lead for their business at a given moment, which means you are competing for the business with 2 other Real Estate agents.

You understand and agree that hausee.ca is only responsible for making introductions between a Real Estate agent and a qualified lead and doesn't guarantee a business from the qualified lead provided by Hausee. The lead is in full control of their decision of whom they want to work with.

You understand and agree that the total Hausee fee consists of an activation fee and a lead success fee and these fees are not tied to your commission.

You understand and agree to pay the activation fee of $100 as a one-time fee when claiming the very first lead that has interested you and thereafter, it is free to claim any lead that is provided to you.

You understand and agree to pay the lead success fee of $2000 for the property transacted with a sold price of less than $900,000 and $3000 for the property transacted with a sold price of $900,000 and above.

You understand & agree to pay the lead success fee within 2 weeks when representing as a buyer’s agent and within 1 week when representing as a seller’s agent after the successful closing of the home you bought or sold with the potential client introduced by Hausee.

You understand and agree to notify Hausee by email within 24hrs of the firm agreement/offer acceptance of the purchase or sale and the closing date.

You understand and agree that the leads purchased by you are not transferable, which means you will not be selling the lead information to any other Real Estate agent or business under any circumstances. If we come to know that you have sold the lead information to anyone else, you will be awarded a strike. Strikes are like warnings for not following the terms & conditions.

You understand and agree after you receive 2 strikes/warnings, the 3rd strike will result in barring you entirely from the Hausee Agent Partner Network.

You understand and agree that winning the business from a qualified lead is purely based on the value & service you bring to the client.

You understand and agree to report the lead who seems to be attempting to commit fraud by positioning themselves as a motivated buyer or seller.

You understand and agree that a refund of the activation fee can be requested in the event of fraud or other similar scenarios and it will be issued after a thorough investigation.

You understand and agree that you and your brokerage are solely responsible for any real estate brokerage services provided to clients introduced to you. You and your brokerage agree to indemnify and hold Hausee harmless from any claims, costs, fees, and damages incurred or asserted against Hausee arising from or related to this Agreement.

You understand and agree that your participation in the Hausee Agent Partner Network can be terminated at any time by either party with a written notice. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall survive the termination hereof as it relates to any introductions provided to you before termination.

*Hausee holds the right to revise the fee structure with 30 days of advance notice to its agent partners.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort, and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
