Hausee is a reverse marketplace for homebuyers. When you request an agent, up to three vetted local Realtors can claim your request at a time on a first-come, first-served basis. Each participating Realtor submits their own personalized offer — offering cashback, cashback plus perks (like home inspections or legal fees), or customized service terms. You compare their offers side-by-side and choose who you want to work with. If none are a fit or an agent releases the lead, your request can be opened to another group of up to three Realtors.

Cashback offers are established directly by participating Realtors, not by Hausee or the seller. Each Realtor decides what value they want to offer to win your business — such as a minimum cashback amount ($3,000, $5,000, $7,500, $10,000+) or a combination of cashback and perks. The cashback is disbursed through the participating Realtor's brokerage at closing, subject to applicable transaction terms and available cooperating buyer-agent remuneration.

Hausee Select is 100% free for home buyers. There are zero registration fees, subscriptions, or out-of-pocket costs at any stage. Participating Realtors pay Hausee a flat $100 fee to claim a lead opportunity in our reverse marketplace, keeping our platform completely free for buyers with zero obligations.

Beyond direct cashback, participating Realtors can offer high-value buyer perks such as covering your home inspection, paying legal closing fees, providing moving assistance, professional move-in cleaning, home warranty packages, property appraisals, or other specialized buyer services. You can compare cashback-only offers against cashback + perks offers to choose what best fits your needs.

Up to $25,000 in cashback may be available on eligible properties. Cashback offers are set by participating Realtors and vary based on the purchase price, available cooperating buyer-agent remuneration, and the Realtor's specific offer terms. For example, on a $1.2M+ purchase with standard cooperating remuneration, a competitive Realtor offer can result in significant five-figure buyer savings.

You are under zero obligation to hire any Realtor introduced through Hausee Select. If you review and interview your initial matches and decide none are the right fit, you can walk away at any time with no pressure, or your request can be opened to another group of up to three eligible Realtors.

We vet real estate professionals for active provincial licensing in good standing, neighborhood-level transaction experience, client reviews, and full-service commitment. Every participating Realtor provides full-service representation — from private showings and comparative market analyses to offer drafting, negotiation, and closing support.
